General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between Nqawa Morocco and its customers (Individuals and Professionals) for vehicle cleaning services at home or on a professional site.

Nqawa offers different wash packages (Complete, Special, Extra, Premium) detailed on the site. Prices are indicated in Dirhams (DH) and are valid for a standard intervention.

The customer agrees to provide secure access to the vehicle and, if necessary, to a water or electricity point according to the chosen package.

For companies, dealers and rental agencies, Nqawa offers preferential and volume rates based on the number of vehicles to be treated.

• Regular maintenance contracts.
• Consolidated monthly billing.
• Scheduled interventions on professional sites.

Any pro request will be the subject of a specific quote accepted by both parties.

Booking is done via the site or WhatsApp. Any cancellation must be reported at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Nqawa Morocco undertakes to carry out the services with the greatest care. However, Nqawa cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle or personal items left inside.

Payment is made after the service, either in cash or by bank transfer (for professionals according to contract).
